The damp counterpart to the bomb. It keeps the thrown explosive format, but instead of tearing out a normal crater it releases a watery burst that floods the impact point; the entity hit radius also tightens to 4 blocks, though the center can still reach 14 damage.

That makes it half weapon, half emergency fluid tool. A Diatom can spawn with one, and blessing cube can rarely break into stacks of three, so water bombs are one of the stranger ways to stumble into sudden portable flooding.
