A bomb packed with flame instead of restraint. The fuse is still about 1.25 seconds, and the burst still reaches 5 blocks for up to 14 damage, but vermin caught in it are also set alight.

That makes it the harsher field variant of the standard bomb: the same crater, the same violent knockback, then a lingering burn if the target survives the first hit. It rewards clean throws and a little distance, because the fire does not care who lit it.
