Baal
Description
Baal is a rare airborne vermin built around a bright core inside a set of warped rings. The core is the part that takes the hit. The rings only make it harder to track in motion.
Once active, it drifts fast and fires from the core every 0.25 seconds. Each shot reaches about 24 blocks and ends in a 3-block energy burst that peaks at 7 damage. The blast breaks terrain, throws targets back, and Baal can move straight through walls while tearing them open.
Baal comes from the world's rare encounter pool. Normal biome tables do not use it. A direct summon uses a baal capsule. It is a hard kill even with ranged gear. A hate wand can reach it, but Baal is fast enough that the chase often outruns the wand's distance, so the fight usually turns into repeated gap-closing with a hook.
A kill always drops bolus and a vermin vigil block. Walls do not help. Keep your aim on the core, stay mobile, and expect the whole area to get torn apart before the fight ends.
