A grotesque little wand that drags the world into slow motion. One use flips the game between normal pace and a heavy half-speed crawl, and the effect stays in place until you cast it again.

The effect reaches the whole game state. The wand cuts the world's real time scale, so movement, ambience, and sound all sag together while it is active. Each cast also costs 1 durability, which makes it a deliberate utility tool instead of a free permanent toggle.

On an ordinary achievement-enabled save, simply using it once also satisfies the Hand Wand condition.
