Light-slot placeholder for world generation. This is one of the easiest debug blocks to identify because the town lamp-post decoration uses it where the visible lamp heads should appear.

The same slot also appears as isolated roof or ceiling points in several town houses, which fits a generator-controlled light fixture much better than a normal construction block. Outside decoration placement, it remains only a debug marker.
