Description
Wildebeest is a territorial herd vermin with slow anger and violent payoffs. It does not open the fight the moment it sees you.
Instead, nearby targets raise its anger over time. A direct hit skips that buildup and starts the charge immediately. Once committed, the beast accelerates to about four times its base speed and only deals contact damage when it is really moving. The hit is 8 damage with huge knockback, and a bad wall impact can also hurt the wildebeest itself.
They appear in Plain, Highway, and Mars. Every kill gives raw wildebeest flesh, and a burning kill gives cooked wilde flesh, which is one of the strongest food items in the ordinary world.
