Description

Manikin is a small wooden hunter that pretends to hesitate before it commits. It watches first, circles in a wary state, and only then decides whether to chase.

Once a Manikin turns hostile, it becomes much more direct. Some spawns fight with melee only. Others roll a held tool such as ball wand, paddle, or wooden pick, and a rare roll can even carry a hate wand. Armed Manikins try to keep spacing for those tools instead of simply rushing.

They are common across Plain, Fudge, Checker, City, and several dungeon layers. They are weak to axes and drop wood-side materials such as sticks, cut wood blocks, and string.
